Hope all is well. I would first like to take this time to tell you how much I appreciate your business and delighted in being your web designer over the last several years. I am deeply honored you entrusted me with your vision. I have built this company over the last 15 years from its infancy to its present state. As I stated to a friend yesterday, as a business owner you have to come to place where you acknowledge that you are the one that is standing in the way of your own expansion of destiny. With that knowledge in mind, I will be stepping down as head of this company, effective immediately.
Looking forward
Over the last few weeks, I have been training a new management team that I believe will lead this company to the next level. Over the next few weeks there will be noticeable changes, including a name change and branding, new company policies, and improved customer service.
